Well, needless to say I'm still surprised. There's no stopping that. o_O
I had hoped that maybe she would have gone back up overnight, but hadn't counted on it. I guess we'll see what happens from here on.

The thing that i'm scared of right now is that the single will NOT end up on the top 3 at the end of the week. Mika is RIGHT behind her now. I would be really disappointed if Mika surpasses her.

I always liked her fast, upbeat songs than her slow ballet songs except the ones in LOVEppears
 Anyway it's really subjective to personal views about the quality of her songs. I like her fast songs. That's what I'm gonna say. P.S AngieChan!!! You are back!!!! HUGZ!!!!

i don't care if they realesed the single before the film.
what about all the other singles that she released before, they were number ones and are not even related to any movie. i'm really REALLY sad... (sorry, my english is horrible..)

To tell the truth, i am surprised that she didnt make a come-back.. because i doubt she will in the following days... Nakashima Mika and Yuna Ito is riding on the whole "Nana" craze... and Utada Hikaru new single is also coming out which gonna have a huge success since its the only single
Although "Heaven" is a great song, Avex didnt really do any promotion for it.. so far only one live performance and one magazine cover... In comparision with "Fairyland", Heaven got much less attention As for the quality...Can we really blame Ayu? I mean the composer is not her, the lyric she wrote remain heartfelt... I wonder if ayufan is gonna blast ayu's mailbox or website complaining

This is very discouraging. I feel almost as if someone is lying to be about these sales because it's positions on the charts are so unreal! I know it may seem like some of us Ayu-fans are just upset with competition but it just seems hard to believe that a bunch of nobodies can just pop up at such a random coincidence such as this. I just don't understand, I even know of people who bought BOTH versions of the single so how in the HELL is it that HEAVEN is't number one.

You always post things that I agree with, Chibinina! The Ayu-Chat room is FILLED with threads about the quality of songs, singles, and albums. Lots of those threads are riddled with arguments on the subject. What would the point of asking people's opinions be if quality was objective?
I could maybe understand such reactions to this news if she failed to break into the top forty, but her not being #1 certainly isn't the end of the world or the sign of her failing career. Althought, it certainl isn't what many of us would have cared to hear, but it's a lot less discouraging if you focus on the good things: your favorite artist just released a new single, there are 3 news songs to her catalog that you can listen to and quite possibly love, there's a new video in her collection, and she made the top 5. All of that is good news
