i'm so proud to be one of ayu's fan! We all will always be her left ear-san, her voice, and everything she wants us to be!!

Ayu is THE GREATEST ARTIST IN THE WORLD, this incident on ayu left ear remind me with Ludwig van Beethoven who lost his hearing and gone deaf, but somehow he could manage to be a better artist and became the most well known musician in history!!

ayu already a legend in our heart, she gonna be a history too someday, a history about the GREATEST MUSICIAN Japan ever have of all time!! but until that happen we must ( and i will!! ) keep supporting her!!

About the thing or message to ayu, how suppose we do that!?
WE MUST SOMEHOW FIND A WAY TO SEND AYU A MESSAGE!!
A message from all of us, her best fans all over the world, note that WE WILL ALWAYS ON HER SIDE, NO MATTER WHAT HAPPEN
, even if she really wants to give up her career, that's fine by me.

as for things we could do, I would LOVE to go to japan, and go to the Avex HQ with a big sign that said " AYU WE LOVE YOU!!!!" and stand there for days and days until there were hundreds of us, and ayu would see our message, and what we were prepared to do to show her our support!

i read that som efans were going to make thousands of tiny paper cranes to send to her (a good luck/well wishing gesture). I like this idea, if we each made 1000, and sent them all together in one huge box, she could see our love for her?

definitely want to do something.

So glad she's so strong.

one other thing i want to say is:

from the translation these words stood out at me; "it's too late".

I think, if she had got it checked earlier, there may have been some hope

so sad if that's true....cos she decided to keep it secret....poor ayu.

Mika Nakashima's fans made for her a photobook (I mean someone from nana-nana.net took messages, arts and other works from fans around the world and put it into a something similar to a photobook)... maybe we can make something like this... a small book with our messages...

I think the best approach is to find someone who has access to TeamAyu and goes to her events regularly.

Maybe tethevo could help us? He was at HEYx3 for TW.. and CDL, and is a member of TA.

That is so sad, I am crying!!!
I feel so sorry for her, I cannot believe I had been whining about her not-as-good lives, when it turns out she is completely deaf in that ear!!!
God I feel so bad

I never knew, her sister passed?

there are japanese people here...be patient, once one reads this thread they may volunteer...we could send all our messages to someone, to put them in a abook and then send to the japanese member to deliver or whatever!!

I don't know what to say, except :"Ayu, I love you and your music, you're the reason I'm living for!"
In addition, I'd say that the reason we all love Ayu is because her music can reach, touch our hearts, whatever language we speak...
I was crying with the first message but now, with Ayu's message, I think that we need to support her, more than before (if it's possible XD)!

That's a really good idea!! Oh, I'd love to do that--send her a message, a card--ANYTHING.

I hope we an organize this!

Ayumi is honestly one of my favorite artists and this just touches my heart and I still tear up thinking about it. I'd love to try and give something back to her, for everything she's given to me.
