Those're such good sales for a debut album, by someone who has only had 1 hit single. Hopefully she will continue to have good fortune in the future.

ooo thelma thread i thought like barely no one knew about her..i downloaded her album and i have to say it hasnt really cought on with me yet..i could honestly listen to soba ni iru ne all day..(honestly i dont know why i like the song so much considering its nothing amaizing) but it seems like the approach on the song is just very basic good oldfashion pop r&b which hasnt been done in a while soo yea..hope this thread stays alive

I was wondering all the fuss about her has been about, but I finally listened to the song and it's pretty good, she makes me think of Yoshi(the Super Mario Dinosaur) but it's a cute kinda way.

Although I was just kind of meh on them before, I've come to love ONE WAY and My dear friend. They're bot fantastic songs. But then again, there isn't a single track on DIARY that I dislike. I'm so impressed with Thelma. This album really grows on you with time.

Does anyone think they'll be releasing a Hong Kong Version of the album though? I really want to buy it, but not pay $30.

Yeah I don't think Universal releases overseas versions from their artist.

They actually do though. Every one of Shibasaki Kou's albums has had an Overseas release, as well as WAT, and they're both on Universal. Im sure other artists on the label have as well, so I guess it really just depends. I'm really hoping they release it. I mean, if Leah Dizon's album had an Overseas release, I don't see why DIARY wouldn't, especially since Destiny Line wasn't nearly as successful.

Leah was quite successful overseas, actually.
