I like her ballads usually. I love come back, 1000 no Kotoba, Yume no Uta, Futari de..., Moon Crying <3, stay with me, Ai no Kotaba, you ~piano version~, and some others that I really like but can't really remember the names for.

I like Promise but it's not one of my favorite ballads by kuu.
Few of my favorites are you, Rain, Your Song, Pearl Moon, Gentle Words, walk, Believe, 1000no kotoba, taisetsuna kimi he, Someday, ai no uta etc.

^ i love flower! i never really paid attention to it before, but it came on shuffle a while ago and i really like it. too bad she never performed it live, there was only like a 10 second clip of her singing it at a-nation in 2005.

Actually she sang flower in ~first things~ Live Tour 2005. XD It's on the dvd (of course) I recall she did a mistake in the middle of the song lol in the transition after the 2nd chorus she started to sing the chorus again. =D

I don't know why so many people say that her ballads are crap and she can't do good ballads!? WTF!?
(and the funny thing about is, that it often comes from people whose favorite singer does not even have good ballads! xD)
Kuu has such a great voice and she has so many fantastic ballads!
Maybe some ballads are generic, BUT whatever!!
I mean her single ballads are always great like:
1000 no kotoba, Gentle Words, Kiseki, hands, flower, Promise, you, Yume no Uta, Unmei, Aisho, Ai no Uta, Moon Crying, stay with me!
And she has so many good ballads on her album:
walk, Pearl Moon, Rain, magic, believe, tsuki to taiyou, Candle Lights, Your Love!

Do you know this, when you don't like a song from a single, BUT if you have the next album later, you love the song so much? xD
For me it was with Aisho, i don't like it when it was released on the BUT/Aisho Single, later on the Kingdom Album i totally fall in love with it!

it's because people never look at their music objectively...there are soo many seriously generic ballads in every industry...but people love them anyway lol

I think most people say kuu has horrible ballads because they simply don't like her. Her ballads are just as good as everyone else's.

Most people's are unoriginal...especially for the more urban R&B singers.

That happened to me! I didnt ever really pay attention to Aishou at all...but I fell in love with it when I got Kingdom.

Promise is one of the BEST Kuu's ballads! I was listening to it on repeat till "you" was released. And I still LOVE it. Too bad Daisuke D. Imai, is not writing many her for her lately (So far I can remember only Always & INTRO FOR TRICK). BUT my all time favorite BALLAD (not only from Kuu) is Yume no Uta. This is real masterpiece! Damn why she's not performing it often? And this is her 2nd BEST selling single. Is it the fate of BETS selling singles, not being performed often, or even never (poor JUICY).
Even thought I really LOVE "you". I'm pretty tired of it being performed so often.

there's been a photo of one encore outfit, that's pretty much all you missed lol.

we won't get outfit pics til near the end of the tour, when the reporters start doing reports on the show. idk why avex is so secretive!
