If anything this might confirm what a lot of people have been suspecting. Koreans aren't as upset about this as international fans. If they were, they never would have preformed it. We knew she was going to preform this song before the allegations became public. The album is STILL on iTunes.

I don't think anything will happen to the album until a lawsuit is filed.

Once a hearing is held and if there's good reason to proceed with the case, like there's enough evidence, then, I think, sales of the album will have to be halted but until then Mnet, Bahnus, and Hyori can act like nothing is wrong.

“Bahnus has already secured the documents containing evidence for the recording time, the name of the vocalist, and even the daily records of the entered recording studio. Since YouTube and various portal sites possess copyright infringements, a request has come in to delete the leaked source. The leaked source has announced infringement of the copyright law by the composer.

The representative added, “During the sales of the 4th album, we have revealed this truth in the description of her song Swing. There is no need to receive a copyright approval because this ballad does not have a title and its author is anonymous.”

^That's the Mnet side of things.

And of course they're going to deny it, that's how legal matters work. Until the cases are brought to court and settled, each side has to claim that they're 100% in the right. Doing otherwise would hurt their case because it would sound like they have something to hide.

i heard that show was pre-recorded, so it was before all the plagerizing stuff (dont know how to write that word .____.)

it was soooo good omg! and jiyoon!!! i didnt know you could dance like that
