i love the DVD cover =) wasn't expecting it at all. nice surprise. definitely getting a copy of it.
my fav of all 3 covers of MOON is the MOON / blossom CD only one. soooo nice. love the color scheme. the far shot looks abit plain

The CDL is the dark version of Rule/Sparkle which I really like but the light in the background is weird. I didn't really like CDL this year though, and after the crappy editing for the NL tour I'm not going to order any tours in advance.

It is kind of different. I think sometimes when we think of different, we think it in the extreme sense so we're expecting something far out there or something elaborate. If you look at Ayu's recent single covers, outside of the anniversary covers, they've all been rather lavish with her running around all over the world to do a cover shoot. S/S was in Bali, BLUE BIRD in guam, glitter/fated in Hong Kong. These covers are simple. As well as You were.../BALLAD, Only these covers have more variety in them than YW/B due to the different ranges upon which they were shot (mid, close, far).

I think that's why a lot of people don't like them (outside of her expressions and photoshop) is that there isn't much going on. But I kind of like that. Some of her best covers are the simple ones.

Exactly what I was thinking when I looked at the MOON/blossom CD only. My god. Ok, now THESE covers are just love at first sight.

I knew a far away/full body shot would be incredible but blossom/MOON still took me by surprise with how gorgeous it is. Easily the best of the three. Too bad I changed my mind about ordering it... stupid me a month ago. But hey, MOON/blossom CD only is still lovely so I can't complain. Still can't stand that font though... :-/

The CDL cover is stunning but I'm not sure about her face... it looks TOO unreal. But still, a pretty good cover. Nice change of pace to see a fierce Ayu.

I'm thinking... AT09 had a cover with the shoot for NL album and that T-shirt with the book... CDL cover is from the same photoshoot as the pic they used for the merchandise... Can you imagine AT2010 cover being from the same session as the one we got with goods *O*???
