Ohno's solos are frankly the only one that doesn't disappoint me . The rest are frankly really hit or miss & it's proof to me that when all 5 come together to sing , something good will come outta things but not when they do solos in their albums

Ohno will release a solo song called ユカイツーカイ怪物くん (Yukaitsuu Kaibutsu Kun) on 7th July on the same day as To be free

It's the very same song that was sung by him during his Kaibutsu-kun drama

Aah, well, that's too bad. I saw it available in a Dutch online CD shop(rare!) for only 10 euros (even rarer!) so I thought it might be a good way to start my legal Arashi collection. Is it worth the money or is it THAT terrible.

I do like Step and Go and Happiness ... plus I actually enjoyed Sakurai's solo (the only other track I heared) and it's cheaper than ordering either of the singles individually from Japan ... I might just do it XD

if you follow ARASHI from pretty much their debut , you definitely will find Dream"A"live to be a big disappointment that's for sure

their older albums such as Iza , Now , One , ARASHIC & Time are all really solid & amazing . It's hard to say which album I like of the guys but the ones I singled out are equally good

ok fine maybe I will say ARASHIC cos of Kitto Daijoubu as that's the 1st song I heard of them as I was very into Ken Hirai last time xD

also I realised most concert staple songs they tend to perform are from Time & ARASHIC , like CARNIVAL NIGHT , Oh Yeah ! , Kaze etc

Dream"A"live's singles are great imo but the album tracks are just very sloppy except maybe for Move your body , Koe , Do my best . The rest are so & felt very incomplete & rushed

Sakurai's case , I frankly only like Chou Arigatou from ARASHIC . I don't like his other solos that much honestly

that's why I say it's going to be a task for their new album to do a much better job than Dream"A"live

my gut feeling is saying yes cos well there're 4 singles included as compared to 2 in Dream"A"Live

they better do a good job for the other 15 songs . No sorry 14 cos it includes the boring Sora Takaku

okay, i think JE is officially sucking money out of arashi and us fangirls. i love that kaibutsu-kun song (it's cute ), but the drama is waaay over by july 7th! why make it a physical single?

i never found Dream "A" live to be horrible, even back in 2008 when i was just becoming an arashi fan. i mean, the songs did grow on me and all. i think Time is definately better, of course, but i appreciate Dream "A" live anyway i loved the solos, even jun's "naked" (that song really had to grow on me, as much as i love jun ). i still play sho, ohno, and nino's solos from time to time

I haven't listen to Dream"A"live for AGES . Instead , I'll been plugging ARASHIC & a lot of their older works more than ever before

I think it's an old school thing since in general I'm not a pop person but having said that , ARASHIC's very solid & so's Time

Iza , Now is great & so hip hop/rock influenced which I adore . For their case , their solos are hard for me to stomach unlike the other Johnny's as individually they do not sound good but I hope they can prove me wrong in their 9th album

Honestly, I'm surprised there aren't more accidents than there are! Most streets in Japan are so narrow that there are always people/bikers right in the middle of the street and they generally don't even pay attention to the cars that are coming. I seriously don't even want to get my license here because you always have to be on the lookout. Apparently this happened at an intersection with no stop light, so I can imagine it happening easily. Matsujun's was because of icey roads and no one was injured, so I think that was treated more lightly. Now though, Arashi isn't allowed to drive for the rest of the year because of these accidents. I always liked that they drove themselves though - shows that they are more humble than many other stars.

btw, both accidents happened close to where I live. But now because of the driving ban, I have no hope of meeting an Arashi member because they hit me with their car. haha.

Didn't Ayu also drive herself? I think I saw her driving from/to Saitama Arena in the 2007 documentary. But maybe that was staged. I also think it's good that they drive themselves. Or go by train - but honestly I find that very hard to imagine when 80% of the people surely will recognize who you are. Even if they don't bother you, it must be really weird.

^ Actually, its fairly easy to hide yourself here, even if you are a celebrity because wearing masks for your health is very common so no one really gets suspicious if you are walking around with a mask over half your face.

As far as I have heard about Ayumi, she doesn't really go anywhere without her enterouge, so its possibly staged.

And yeah, I live in Meguro. The area of Matsujun's accident was in Jiyuugaoka, Meguro-ku (about 5 minutes walk from my house) and Nino's was in Kami Meguro (maybe 20 minutes walk?). It's also a pretty wealthy area; quite a few celebs live around here, so I'm assuming that yes, they probably live somewhere around here. With my luck though, I never see anyone.

Arashi's Sakurai Sho (28) to star in a movie coming out next year called, "Kamisama no Karute" (based upon a book). This will be the first time he plays a doctor/physician role, in addressing the local city; Matsumoto, Nagano. They will be working with the same production team who created, "Sekai no Chuushin de, Ai wo Sakebu". A story that will move you to tears.

Miyazaki Aoi (24) will also be co-starring with Sakurai as the heroine and wife.
