Yup, people on JPS are wondering too, I hope people with free shipping will share when they get it (meaning those eg European who bought and are still waiting), there's 23.16 GB bounty for the uploader.

Does anyone here have that Kumi logo in HQ from her secret era? It's a draw of her face, and there's a rose by her side, I think

The Young Punx! and LMB sounds very promising. I love their remix on Ayumix 6.

It's awesome to know that JAPONESQUE is doing better on it's 2nd and 3rd week sales than Dejavu, although it probably won't get to the same sales as Dejavu, but I don't mind, cause it's an awesome album.

And FINALLY! I was about to give up buying JAPONESQUE because I was so sick of waiting for the overseas version to be released. It's still a joke, really! It's about 3 weeks after the release of JAPONESQUE before they have release them, I think it's ridiculous. >[ It's unfair to make the overseas fans, or the fans who can't afford the Japanese version to wait so long, and surely they would lose sales too for being so late? ANGER.

Can someone translate this? It's about the 2008 scandal and someone defending her (by google, it could be wrong XD): http://news.livedoor.com/article/detail/6286159/

^ That person mentioned that Kuu's statement wasn't entirely wrong, but the way how she said it was wrong.

I miss her so much.. feels like years without Kuu

The one thing I find odd about the scandal, from what I read, the show was per-recorded by the station, and so they knew what she was going to say, yet they decided to air it with her "rude" commentary.

So, either the station heard her potentially "rude" and career hurting comment and still let it go in favor of getting more publicity. Or, the comment wasn't that bad, and people just over-reacted. People love to get mad at celebrities.

@Lee^ChaN Thank you!

@happiholic★ Well... 2008 was meant to be Ayu's year (her 10th anniversary) and Kumi would definitely outsells Guilty with Kingdom (and she did it, but anyway). Some things that happens on avex we will never know...
I think some people were just waiting to her do something, not that bad but still kinda wrong, to make a big deal.

@kaled kalil: You think avex went after Kuu because 2008 was Ayu's anniversary? That would backfire, because with all the talk about Kuu, Kingdom is sure to sell, even with little promotion because of all the talk.

@happiholic★: Kingdom was not sure to sell, scandals don't sells on Japan.
The scandal affected the second week of Kingdom, with all the lives, CMs, magazines, radio, everything being cancelled. There is a huge drop between the 1st and 2nd week (421k to 84k).
And Kingdom was the album with the most promotion (for a studio album), a lot of performances was on her schedule. (if I'm not wrong)

I wouldnt put it past Avex at all with the ways they've treated kuu.

Of course the ayu stans would have a field day with these comments.

I think the people that pre-recorded must have known what she meant, and the people took it the wrong way? You know what Japanese and Korean netizens are all like. They fire up at the TINIEST things. They really make me rage sometimes. I honestly didn't see what was so offensive about kuu's comment, even though she was wrong, she was only stating what she believed as a fact, you can't get angry at a fact. xD

Also, from Kumi-Flash!

LIVE TOUR 2011 ~Dejavu~ Surpassed All-Time Record!!

On February 8th, Koda Kumi's LIVE TOUR 2011 ~Dejavu~ was released. So far, it has sold 25,000 copies and placed #1 on the Oricon Weekly DVD list.

This sets a new record for Koda Kumi to be the first artist to reach #1 DVD on the Oricon Weekly Charts for 8 consecutive years!! She's achieved #1 every year since secret ~FIRST CLASS LIMITED LIVE~ back in 2005. Right now, the only artist behind her is the duo Mr. Children, who have accomplished the same for 7 consecutive years.

Among soloists, Koda Kumi's DVD as also achieved the record of "greatest number of top music DVD" with Hideaki Takizawa and Utada Hikaru following.

Ahh well done Kuu! Our Queen of live deserves it!!

I highly doubt that it was a conspiracy against her no matter how good or bad Avex has been to her. And even if the show was prerecorded, I remember that Koda said something along the lines of "I saw on a scientific program that..." and what she said is technically correct but its the WAY she said it that offended people. Most of the people that complained were these older women, no? not exactly her fanbase to start. These were the people that Were probably waiting for her to mess up because they didn't like her or her style.

I can't see Avex sabotaging one artist for the benefit of the other. They want to make money; if they sabotage Kumi they're sabotaging themselves ultimately.

THIS. Kingdom was set to be one of her most successful albums, and would have been if not for the scandal, it would just be stupid to think Avex would shoot themselves in the foot like that, or even sabotage their own artists. Avex might not be perfect, but I think that is a bit much, haha. It's like all the people who are paranoid that artists like Beyonce and Rihanna are in the illuminati. It's just silly.
