HELLO VENUS’ ARA’S ACTING ON ‘WHAT IS MOM’ IMPRESSES VIEWERS

Hello Venus‘ Ara made her first appearance on the premiere of ‘What is Mom‘ on the 8th.
Ara portrayed an ambitious, charming part-time waitress perfectly. Her character stood confidently in front of the owner (Na Moon Hee) everyone was scared of, and stated, “When are you going to get someone for the counter? I’m just a server, but I keep having to man the counter. I won’t say anything if you raise my wages.” Goo Ja Myung and Min Dae Hong‘s characters showed interest in her, awed at her bravery, and starting to warily watch each other.

Viewers commented, “She stood out even though it was just her first appearance“, “She was only out for a short time, but she has definite presence“, “If the restaurant had a server like that, I’d just go and eat there every day” and “I wish she’d get more air time~ Show us her pretty face more“.

In related news, Hello Venus is planning to make a comeback this November.

According to Pledis' managing director Park Jejoon, Hello Venus is recording their title track today!

And according to sweetlime24, yesterday at the Doowon University Festival, Ara told fans that Hello Venus are expected to make a comeback in the first week of November!

Hello Venus putting final touch on new mini album



Rookie group Hello Venus seems to be putting the finishing touches on their first comeback album after making waves with their debut album ‘Venus’ earlier in the year!

A managing director for Pledis Entertainment released a picture of a recording studio with someone inside (possibly one of the Hello Venus members) on his Twitter account.

“Doing pick-up recording for Hello Venus second mini album (changed from a single to a mini ^o^!” he said, betraying his excitement for their rapidly approaching comeback.

After picking up popularity with “Venus” and their follow-up track “Like a Wave”, it remains to be seen if Hello Venus can build on their momentum and gain even more supporters. Stay tuned to allkpop for their return!
