Yeah YA doesn´t ship for free worldwide. I am so lucky mine is included in free shipping.
So it´s sold at the concert today, maybe we get some inside pics today or tomorrow ^_^

The ayumi hamasaki ARENA TOUR 2012 A -HOTEL Love songs- Key Strap (1 Randomly Out of 5 Types) are still available on YesAsaia (if those are the straps you're talking about).
Even so, I'll stay optimistic that the book package will be available when I get the money to buy it. It's a bit pricey so people might not be rushing to buy it... or I'll have to buy it second-hand, either way I'm optimistic.

I think they always produce some extra for the Tour venues.
And yes YA still have them in stock, I guess the orderd some before they went out of stock.

I don't like how leslie reused the pictures... and for the front and back cover of the book makes it worst... I hope inside doesnt contains the same material as CoH or L&H.

I whouldn´t be surprised if contains all CoH Pics, the other SUPER Ayu also contains all L&H Pics and teh FIVE Photobook Pics.

hmm think the back cover pic is altered? i dont think ayu is quite that leggy.

she's pretty short to begin with. so I believe Leslie used a certain photography technique (I can't remember what it's called) that makes the person photographed appear taller and longer....besides the platform heels she's wearing. for example, shooting upwards while being closer to the ground will give that illusion. I don't think the photo was altered, just some photography techniques used.
