Already visually the covers are a clear indication as Itsumo Dakishimete/Mugen REBIRTH are somewhat a bit too safe

I guess now DAIGO is now ready to spread open his wings & really go out this time round,no pun intended XD

tower+015 will be released tomorrow on Sun & the free magazine supplement will be distributed in all physical Tower Records stores in Japan .

This time round , aside from AKIHIDE's monthly Kokoro O Sagashite magazine column in tower+ , they have conducted an interview with him , in line with the most recent release of Lapis Lazuli .

Outfits & hair styling credits for DAIGO 2014 calendar



This time round , DAIGO Calendar 2014 can only be purchased on site at DAIGO related events/concerts , unlike in the past where DAIGO's past calendars could be bought via online sites but not this time round anymore .

Minegishi Yusuke or mizzy as he's best known as , was in charge of the outfits that DAIGO wore in his 2014 calendar as noted on his personal site :

This doesn't surprise me because DAIGO was mizzy's very 1st client , stylist wise & way before BREAKERZ was formed , mizzy has always been tasked to style DAIGO , outfits wise .

BREAKERZ wise , mizzy has been their to go stylist from the very beginning until now .

Hair styling credits

A guy by the name of Kikuchi was in charge of styling DAIGO's hair for his 2014 calendar & he's best known for being the owner of LUCK HAIR , which's a hair salon that DAIGO always never fail to mention everytime he goes for a hair cut (rather a hair trim ~_~ :p) via his blog .

This was mentioned via LUCK HAIR website & interestingly , Kikuchi used to be DAIGO☆STARDUST's hairstylist prior to him opening LUCK HAIR in 2009 .

Personally I've already seen all the photos for all the pages of DAIGO 2014 calendar last month already . It's just that the photos I was provided with , all of them belonged to my friend which I do not want to post them online due to personal reasons .

I have hold back in doing this for quite sometime but since the above images from DAIGO 2014 calendar were uploaded on LUCK HAIR's website , I guess it's OK for me to do this .

To me personally wise , DAIGO's 2014 calendar overall is really good . It still can't beat his past calendars but at least it's not like the disaster he did for 2012 :x

This time round , my fave page from his latest calendar is definitely Jan/Feb <3 . Helps a lot that Jan is my birth month too x)

lol oh wow I didn't know the group of dancers that accompanied DAIGO are called D-dancerz , who knew haha & looking forward to this episode of MUSIC JAPAN that will be aired in due time .

And it's not really surprising that DAIGO performed/sang BUTTERFLY in yesterday's shooting for MUSIC JAPAN .

MUSCLE ATTACK's MUSCLE album will not get released until Nov 27th . Despite this , MUSCLE ATTACK's official site uploaded preview snippets for all 8 songs taken from MUSCLE .

To be frank , SHINPEI's singing vocals are not as good as AKIHIDE and/or DAIGO but I give him a lot of credit if not great respect for being very hands on in MUSCLE , especially since for the 1st time , SHINPEI wrote lyrics , something that he didn't do in BREAKERZ .

For my case , I'm more excited to hear the studio version of RUNNER'S HIGH as I do enjoy the live take of the song & the preview for it sounds promising .

I'm not sure what to expect from MUSCLE in due time but I think it's something to be something interesting .

Heck , even MUSCLE ATTACK's fired up on this x)

Details on SHINPEI HALL event that will take place on 27th Nov

SHINPEI's SHINPEI HALL event will be back for 1 day only in which it will take place on 27th Nov , on the same day when MUSCLE ATTACK's MUSCLE gets released .

SHINPEI HALL is basically SHINPEI being assigned to 'work' in Shinseido for a day as their store manager , something that happened before in past BREAKERZ related promo activities & this's no exception .

Date : 27th Nov (Wed)
Time : 5.30pm onwards Japan time
Venue : Ebina Binau~ōku 5 Bandate 1F Vina Step

How to take part in 27th Nov's SHINPEI HALL event

Buyers have to purchase MUSCLE at Shinseido Ebina in which upon doing so , each buyer will receive an Event Participation Ticket . This ticket is made available on a 1st come 1st basis .

Alternatively , buyers can purchase MUSCLE at Shinseido Ebina on 27th Nov itself . On that day , MUSCLE will be sold in Shinseido Ebina from 4pm Japan time onwards .

Cash is only accepted as a form of payment mode . Other forms of payment are not allowed .

With the Event Participation Ticket

With the Event Participation Ticket , each participant is able to do the following things with SHINPEI on 27th Nov that day :

- do a MUSCLE handshake with SHINPEI

- after the MUSCLE handshake , participants will be challenged to a Rock Paper Scissors match with SHINPEI . Should the participant win , his/her 'prize' is that he/she's able to touch SHINPEI's arm muscle , abs or chest muscle (omg what the hell , SHINPEI ? xD this's just so ... weird on every single level , like really o_O)

Yesterday morning , morning news programme ZIP! aired a 16 seconds PV preview snippet of DAIGO's BUTTERFLY :

It's only 16 seconds but my oh my , judging from what's going on in the short preview , BUTTERFLY sounds/looks like it's going to be nothing like DAIGO has done before & I'm sure it's a big bold gamble that he has undertook as compared to Itsumo Dakishimete / Mugen ∞REBIRTH now (which's eh a bit too safe on hindside now xD) .

As expected , BUTTERFLY is a dance no. & I wasn't expecting to hear synth in the preview o_O . And as usual , I don't know should I laugh or cry upon seeing DAIGO dance with D-dancerz xD xD xD

And is it me or his non BUTTERFLY outfit he wore in the PV preview somewhat reminds me of what DAIGO wore in BUNNY LOVE ? *_* but then again I'm not so keen on the black coloured fingernails he has , that's quite scary D:
