Hard to get a feel for it from the previews there, but it seems like this next album will be Fantome's sister based off the sounds we've received so far.

I like it so far.
But I also wish she would get out of this mood. I miss the energy of some of her older albums.
I also found myself being sucked into that jdrama.

You guys really think play a love song and 大空 are the same flavor as anata, forevermore and 初恋？lol I disagree. And I am personally loving this new sound. I really love all utadas phases, so I may be bias lmao

Oh, and the new kingdom hearts song too. Gosh, I loved the preview so much, I want it soon TT

Yeah, I personally love this new phase of her music. It’s like a mix of her old school sound with more modern elements, and more organic instrumentals (strings, piano, drums etc) it’s refreshing after synthpop and experimental stuff.
