It says they recently discovered she was pregnant AND they decided to get married.
It doesnt say they decided to get married because she was pregnant.

She may be a bit disappointed in herself after working pretty hard to get to where she is only for it to be shattered but I don't think she's regretting the baby.

Sometimes leaving and coming back after a long time can revitalize a career and get everybody excited just because she hasn't put out any material in a long time no matter how crappy it may be.

Look at Utada. Not to say her music is crappy, but she's waited years in the past stuff to release stuff and then the anticipation for her new stuff is so great that once she returns, her sales are through the roof.

Well, Namie Amuro got pregnant, got married, and got divorced, and I'd say she's pretty well off now. It's not the end of the world for Leah's career.
