News about the album!!! I found it on jolinfans and I hope I understood the news well ^^
New Jolin's album will be called "1090" (it's an homophony with her name because these numbers are pronounced "yiling jiuling" = "Yilin Jolin")
The "10" in the album's title refers too to this year which is her 10th anniversary!
The album will contain 11 songs!
The album is to be released by end of February-debut of March

but 1090 is pretty creative...i might pre-order depending on the cover and what kind of style she'll be singing this time @_@

Warner confirmed anyway that preorder will begin by the end of February and that the album will be out after mid-March!

Jolin Tsai's new work is predicted to be released around March while online, it has been rumoursed that the Taiwan version is called "1090" and the China version is called "Always Depend on Dance*". Warner Music denied the versions leaked online and when Jolin heard about the song titles and information, she couldn't believe it, laughing out loud, cleverly denying this without words.

Having just waved goodbye to the year 2008, one of Jolin's biggest regrets of last year was not releasing any music. Fans are filled with anticipation for Jolin's new album and have already started to spread rumours about her album name, song title, promotion details as well as preorder and release dates - the degree of credibility evidently causing many to begin believing the false information.

According to online rumours, Jolin's album will have two versions: Taiwan's version is "1090" using the sound of her name "Yi Lin Jolin". It has even been clearly started that preordering will begin February 20 and the album will be released March 6.

Denying rumours, there will be no "Always Depend on Dance"
While China's version is even more exaggerated. Besides announcing that her album will be called "Always Depend on Dance", the titles of the 11 songs and album information have been released. They have even said with certainty that AhQin wrote the song "Timeline" and that the MV "Streetparty" will use a New York street as the background. In order to verify that these have simply been created by netizens, the record company has begun to "grab loopholes", revealing that Jolin's new album preorder in the last third of February and will be released after mid-March. Even though Jolin has been to New York and LA in search of a choreographer for the new album, up until now she has not filmed a MV. Once they have made a decision about her look (for the album), they will shoot indoors in Taiwan.

*Note: "Always Depend on Dance" [依舞所有] is also a play on words and can be read as [一無所有] meaning "to have nothing".
