i think ashita e no sanka in chinese is a big disappointment...she sounded very shaky....but that only leaves me to love the japanese version MORE

my cd is just ship out from YA this morning.

i was only wondering.....whether will alan's chinese album have the same fate as most chinese artists' album, those 'special/celebration/thank-you....blah blah...' editions after the first version?

Most of the chinese artists whom i had support had this fate.

back in my primary-secordary school years, Jimmy Lin, Coco Lee, F4, 5566 and Jolin. F4 and 5566 had quite a lot of editions, my nightmare was Vic Zhou's debut album with the higest record of....7 editions(inclusive of taiwan preorder versions).
Lucikly, the rest don't have those 9999 versions, Jolin's albums only started this when she joined Sony, when she was in Universal, none of this editions kill me. wu wu wu~

Now for chinese artists, i only support Jolin, Jimmy and Coco, but currently Jolin is the only one who still release music regular, i really miss Coco and Jimmy's music....

this's the 1st Chinese album that I purchased & I think it might come this Sat or Mon from HMV HK since they shipped it out to me today

I wanted to order from YesAsia but when I checked the prices between on what YesAsia & HMV HK offered , HMV HK offered a lower price & my items comes 4-5 days + & HMV HK never fails to deliver the goods in a relatively quick timing to me

After the last time I ordered from YesAsia which was a disaster , meh I'm not taking any chances again with this 1

newlook: there's no proper chart for it.

chinese albums chart are mostly from different stores, like HMV will have their own, then Rose will have their own chart. and they will never ever state the exact numbers sold, just a round up like 8000, 15 000.

there are even some record company who would 'buy' the chart for their artists' album to be number 1, so it's not really accurate.

karen: it's hard to say.....5566/Cyndi was under Avex and they had at least 3 editions, so.....
HMK hk is cheaper? i tried comparing last week and it's more expensive, like $4 more

ya I know by right if you go for the free shipping mode you don't need to pay extra charges but ick , after my last encounter with YesAsia with it being so poor & shabby , I'm not taking any chances again

well, we have all thios special versions here in germany as well o.0 every album is rereleased at least once, succesful albums are rtereleased twice at least, usually with 1 or 2 bonus tracks o.0
