I'm so sure they're TRYING to kill her career. They originally were going to have Te Amo, which is one of the only amazing songs on Rated R, as the next single, but switched at the last minute for Rockstar 101, which is one of the worst.

Come on, how could they pick Rockstar 101 over Te Amo or Firebomb Her company is really really trying to kill her career

Rihanna might be busy with her current tour but her next UK single, "Te Amo" will be released on May 24th with rumours of the video being shot soon. "Rockstar 101" is the next US single following #1 single for five weeks, "Rude Boy". The video for it will premiere soon. Her next album is also on the way, Taio Cruz says. “There was a big writing camp with 50 other producers writing for Rihanna’s next album. Are you really shocked though? Most people know Rihanna for her happy, bouncy dance tracks. Most people WANT bouncy dance tracks. Of course Rude Boy is going to fare better than, say, Hard or Russian roulette, it's the closest thing Rated R has got to a bouncy dance track : P

In April 2010, David Guetta leaked a small snippet of an unreleased song by himself and Rihanna.It was later found that Rihanna is recording for her fifth studio album which is set to be released at the end of 2010 soon after the North American leg of her Last Girl on Earth Tour finishes. One of its tracks is going to be performed live on August 20, 2010. Besides Guetta, Taio Cruz, Alex da Kid, Sean Garrett and Ne-Yo have claimed to be working on the new album. On August 12, 2010, Rihanna said that her fifth album would be "strong, fun and sassy".On August 14, 2010 it was announced that the album's first single will feature David Guetta and will be made available at the beginning of the fall and is tentatively titled "Adrenalin Rush". In mid-August 2010, Rihanna unveiled a new commercial with Optus Mobile, the company that sponsored the Australian leg of her Last Girl on Earth Tour. The advertising campaign highlights Rihanna as she ‘lives life without limits’ in outer space with Optus Pre-Paid penguins. Austin R. Bryan, Marketing Director of Optus Consumer, said “Aligning our brand with the dynamic and talented Rihanna is sure to be a big hit with our customers – especially those in the Pre-Paid market. Also in Rihanna's future are her self-titled book set to be released in September 2010 and her movie debut in Peter Berg's film, Battleship, scheduled for release in 2012.
