Not surprised then. The only way to make it big in Japan is to have a nice tie-in and have some good promotion (or be in AKB48/ARASHI/KinKi Kids/etc.)

Finally Sayuri's on the charts for the first time in her single! She's 18th, which seems to be a bit too common for her there - that was the spot, I think, for her "First Story" album and her last single "Sunao ni Narenakute" for the weekly sales; don't know why Sayuri was a bit late getting into the top 30...

One week overdue, but she only reached #37 for the single. Only 2,392 copies sold during the first week, unfortunately, for the "Suki" to iu Kotoba single...

Now, here's what I am requesting: Could anyone upload CD scans for these releases?
  • Kimi ni Okuru Uta
  • Ano Hi no Yakusoku
  • Kimi ga Iru Kara (BOTH CD-only and CD+DVD versions)
  • First Story (BOTH CD-only and CD+DVD versions)
  • "Suki" to Iu Kotoba (latest release)

EDIT: Kimi ga Iru Kara: I already found it...

Apparently the date moved up, maybe because of a holiday reason, but it's quite surprising because this is the first time that both Ayu (Ayumi Hamasaki) and Sayu (Sayuri Sugawara) is releasing on the same days - but this one is on the same sector market - the albums!
