So sad this is. I was just becoming a real fan of the band and then I found out about this. Makes me feel annoyed that I didn't become interested in them earlier. :/

yeap i also believe that these boys are just taking a break from this whole lawsuit thing..and that's good..considering that they have time to explore more of themselves..
then they can start fresh again

I still believe that they will make a comeback one day..i'll be waiting

I thought Shinhwa's story was that after the contract with SM was up, they didn't want to renew so they signed on with a new company. But SM said they owned the rights to their name, and they got into a long court battle over it, whcih Shinhwa won.
