Since when are Bluray cases transparent like this and not blue? I've never owned a Bluray before so sorry if this is a stupid question

Am I seeing correctly that the DVD debuted at #2 in DVD general and music categories respectively and blu-ray #7 in the general category (music seems not updated yet there)
