Just a basic translation
After breaking up with a member of V6, Namie just closed herself off. She don't even have any friends to eat with anymore. When she's working, she barely talks and when she have free time, she just listens to her iPod. She just totally closed herself off after breaking up and has caused a big trauma on her.
