Not with Ai though. All releases by Ai with initial press bonuses only come with the CD only version. CD+DVDs are regularly pressed.
And so far, avex taiwan (and probably asia) only release the CD+DVD versions.

The DVD contents are probably not so attractive to many people so that's why they'd go for the CD only version, I guess. And even for the first pressing one, I still don't see the what the big deal is about bunnies. ^^;;

I think it's worth the price, even though no one really mentioned it. Practically an $18 CD+a $10 80-pg picture(story) book=$28!

Yeah seriously it's just a bunny... hahaha I never thought her drawings were that great anyways ^^;; I think I'll go with the CD+DVD version even though the cover scares the **** out of me...

Her CD+DVDs technically have two covers. One on the outside like in most CD+DVDs and then the different cover with the lyrics inside. With LOVE PUNCH CD+DVD I got two covers.
