It means "ACTRESS ACTRESS ACTRESS"! Ayu actually explained it in one of the documentaries - she wants the entire team to convey their feelings and emotions honestly and convincingly to the audience - like a good actress should.

right on, i remembered that to. gomi was the one who wants ayu to think erself as a female actress and do her best. ayu was just relating the same to her team.

The overseas version of ayu's tour have chinese translation of those scenes where they did the joyuu clap...it is for them to encourage each other that they'll shine like divas on stage
