immature Koglin & Heath instrumental has never been officially released (though I have little doubt a master of such a mix exists among K&H's work files). There is a dub version, played in the background of the Progressive Mind - Aggressive Wakeboarding dvd, but it's interspersed with samples of ayu saying "bokura wa kitto" & isn't just a straight up instrumental version of the remix you hear on ayu trance (and there's a bit of sound from the documentary footage that shows up in it too).

The 8-minute long HANABI "Lange remix -Instrumental-" is on the HANABI lange remix promo vinyl which is up for download somewhere around here, I can probably upload it later if no one else does.
