99% Japanese Ayu fans love the foreign ones!!!!! you all can be sure about that, after the MC with me in Osaka 4.22 concert many people wanted to take pictures with me, gave me congratulations, etc. they all were so nice with me 2 days after in Osaka 4.24 concert!!!!! thanks to them I got my ticket in BOX seat for this concert so please stop saying about Japanese fans being jealous of foreigner ones because that's not true, Japanese Ayu fans are just like her, sooo sweet!!!! yeah, there may be exceptions but do not some people also feel jealous of the Japanese fans? WE ARE UNITED BECAUSE WE ARE A BIG AYU FAMILY!!!!! |

Oh please don't think I wanted to talk bad about japanese fans! Sine I'm in twitter and when ayu answered me I made new japanese ayufans that are amazing!!
I'm just saying that Ayu had to write a message in TA telling them to not worry about twitter, that she talked in english for us, that she wouldn't post her pictures there... cause TA is most important... If SOME japanese fans freaked out with twitter how will they react to it?? XDD Just that xD

Laura, could you please post an example of something you ordered (I believe you ordered Rock'n'Roll Circus CD-only) and how much you paid for that in total, everything combined? CD + shipping + handling fee + tenso fees + whatever comes with it.
I want to compare it to how much I'd pay for it on CDJapan |

Oh see, you can do it in the website.
In tenso you have to pay a fee for the weight of the package and then the shiping with EMS for example: 2 RnRC album - 3,990Y + 3,150Y shipping to Tenso - 500Y Fee for weight - 980Y (1,160g <- CD+DVD & CD only & 2 posters & 2 boxes with mobile stands) shiping EMS - 3,250Y Total: 11,870Y But well if you wanna know just the costs of Tenso it's 3250 + 980 = 4,230Y (37€) But both the EMS fee and the wight fee changes, in the website you can see the prices and even calculate it ^^: http://www.tenso.com/en/guide/fee/index.html

aura chan, i don't meant to bang into your thread, please don't feel offend. but i would like to offer another way to people who are ordering the single too.
since tenso charge their fee by weight, it might turn out expensive if members were to order more items in their order. I used Crescent shop for my orders. Their fees are 2000 yen for any amount below 10 000 yen. as for any amount above, it's 20% of the cost. for people who are getting the set, and more items along with your order, you can check my example. I find it cheaper if you were to order more, especially if your order is close or more then 10000 yen. BUT if you are only getting just the CD+DVD or the cd only, please use tenso, it's cheaper there! so for example: if i were to order the CD+DVD single and dvd set, along with 2 remaining CD only single. crescent shop: cost of items: 9240yen shipping from mumo to crescent shop: 500 yen total cost: 9740yen crescent shop commission: 2000yen total amount: 11740 now note that the international shipping to your country is not included yet, but the amount should be almost the same as Tenso. afterall crescent do ship by ems. or you can request to use normal or registermail too. -------------------------------------- like me, i order a number of items in my order, i got the following: alan single, both mumo versions, total 4 copies 4980 yen kuu's Gossip Candy CD only, Fanclub version 1260 yen R'n'R Circus album ayupan x4 2000 yen R'n'R Circus ayupan stickersx2 500 yen kuu's UNIVERSE Tour nail clippers(which i stupidly forgot to buy when i was at the tour last month) 700 yen ayu's CD+DVD single and CDL09-10 DVD set 7140yen ayu's blossoom/MOON single 1050 yen all the items cost: 18130 shipping from mumo to crescent: 200 yen(because there will be 4 shipments) crescent shop commission: 4019 Total amount: 24149 yen

^Oh! don't worry at all!! It's great this way if Tenso problem is not fixed people can find other alternatives!
And this "crescent shop" buys for you or gives you an address to use it like Tenso?? You could write the URL? I know another, is called Celga. I think some people here uses it... They even have the service of joining you in a fan club. But they do all for you and you loose the control we have with Tenso... So. If no one comes here and says "I couldn't join TA with Tenso address" Is that you can keep using Tenso to join TA ^^ The TA magazines will still go to Tenso. The issue with Tenso is interesting. They answered me, but they though I was telling them I coudln't join TA. I send them another one explaining which is the real problem. They told me that if I want e-mail mu-mo they can translate what I want to say to japanese for me ^^ Thats what they told me: Quote:
As you see they missunderstood me and thought I couldn't join TA... well ^^ Tenso seems that they want to cooperate and Ayu too ^^ Now let's wait ^^ Ah, for that site, CELGA, here you have the link to both sites: http://www.celgajp.com/ - main site, here you can see what they offer. http://celga.com/beta/index.php?page=welcome - here you can find the service and shippin fees in this link they explain how to ask them to buy sth for you: http://celga.com/beta/index.php?page=shopfaq http://celga.com/beta/index.php?page=genfaq - here explain the service fee and some examples ^^ shipping you can decide if EMS or cheaper ones.. here the EMS fees: http://celga.com/beta/docs/ems.htm An example: 2 RnRC albums = around 7000Y shippin mu-mo = 500Y CELGA service = 10$ -912Y-(for a purches from 1000Y to 10,000Y) Shipping = I'll say EMS but in the website they offer 2 more shipping methodes. You have to know the weight of the pacage, in this case 2 albums + 2 posters + 2 mobile stands was = 1160g that shipping to Europe costs: 3,700Y Total: 12,112Y = 108€ / 133USD Just the cost of the service + shipping to Europe and with that weight= 4612Y = 41€ / 51USD So think that if you live in North America or ASIA it will be cheaper and also think that this was a huge package ^^ So depending of what you order you may not have to pay so much for the weight ^^ Maybe I'll use this website to purchase in TA this time, in case they can't fix the problem in time... ^^

hey aura, I got pretty much the same reply from tenso:
'<About your order from TA shop > We are deeply sorry that you cannot get your product on the site. This could be due to the fact that the shopping site experienced trouble due to other members who are not resident in Japan and do not respect the website policy . From our side , we cannot find out so we recommend you to write an email and ask the reason. If you cannot write a mail in Japanese we can translate it for you , so just send us your email in English and we will provide you with a translated version. Also as other alternative, you can use professional shopping sites. We introduced on our homepage a few professional shopping sites. These sites can help customers who have trouble purchasing items . and purchase the goods on their behalf.' |

Let's wait and see if Ayu can fix it, first. If not...
1. We have other sites that can help us purchasing in the TA shop, and... 2. We can start fighting a bit with mu-mo. After all they don't have the right of not leting us purchase in the TA shop. We have also paid the TA membership. It doesn't matter where we live, we have paid for that and we can get it. Because, what? they don't want us to get the TA gifts?? it would be stupid... well, let's wait for Ayu ^^ She promised to helps us and I trust her ^^

for crescent shop. it's something like celga, where they help you place the order, they are very efficient. I find their site more organise compare to celga. As celga's online shops orders and auction site order stuff are jumble together in the same page. In celga, you can only see the item url in the page, which is a hassle for me, especially if it's a limited preorder item and you can't click it anymore to double check which items had actually arrive. crescent shop separate the order items/arrive items/auctions items. you can put your items in pending, till you get more items that you can request to ship them out. you can just make an account and try the site out. i prefer crescent shop, more neat and not as messy. www.crescent-shop.com

celga has some staff whose english aren't really fluent, that's what i found when i was using their service years ago, i have some misscommunication with them.
but from crescent shop, all the replies are i got are in good english, it's always by Megumi, and she understand me perfectly well. i think you will prefer crescent shop too. when you want to place a order for fanclub versions, don't forget to let them know your membership number and the birthdate requried to log in. They have a nice message board for you to place your order and type in the details. here's my screencap from the site. (^_^) the main page: after you click the 'message board(quote/questions') then you just type a subject like: 'Mumo Order', then under 'message', just type the item description/quantity and the url of the item that you want. after submitting your message, wait for crescent to give you the quotation with the price, this can be found under 'Shopping Orders(Online Stores)' if you are okay with the price, then click 'accept' and just pay for it. they will place the order once they receive the money(during working hours of course)

I trust Ayu so I will wait until Friday before booking by other methods, what if she fixes the problem and after no one of us shop there? would be a little embarrassing.... she told us to wait a couple of days and I'm going to do so.

as scared as I am of missing out on first press and all that, I agree with crea_spain. Ayu promised she would help, we should take her word for it. Although I am worrying that she may not fully understand the problem and our actual problem won't get fixed.
But hey, I think I'd rather buy it through the originally planned way because then I will know that ayu herself helped me purchase it ^_^ it will make it more special |
