but you can't say its a cover unless avex or ayumi says its a cover.
Its the same thing with the song Tasking, that's not a cover nor a copy, it just sounds very similar.

I'm not going to say that it's a cover nor that it is not, because we don't know. Lets wait for the credits before jumping off the deep end.

There was one part of tasking that was the same.

For this song, it's the entire snippet we got down to her 'woah woah woahs' and I doubt Ayu plagiarized from the Greek producers.

So I just listened to "a cup of tea" again. Does that instrumental have dubstep in it???

. . . . . .

I think it does. Unless my definition of dubstep is skewed. It even has the drops! HAHAHA.

thats my point, we only have a snippet of the song and it sounds the same.. we have no idea how the rest of it sounds where this part of the song lies, any of it.

Is it just me, or does this album sound a little bit experimental? I like it. I can't wait to read the lyric translations for call and Letter, as they seem to be influenced by her divorce. the next LOVE and Eyes, Smoke, Magic sound like they should be on an album of their own, lol. This album is going to be amazing. I'm so exciteddddd~!

I definitely agree! Party Queen seems reminiscent to MY STORY, even though (in my opinion) it's a whole new sound for Ayu.

i pretty much don't like most of the stuff she did latelly, but I gotta say my words "c'mmon Ayu, proove me wrong, surprise me" came true....the snippets...I love every single one of them. It's so familiar to what made me fall in love with her music. Thank you Ayu.

Oh and the theme of the party queen... It's like even from the snippets, you can kinda see the pattern the dancy stuff, fakeness (I mean even the arrangements have so much digital crap which is obviously NOT REAL) and superficial..then it slowly turns into the darker and darker reality with rich arangements and REAL instruments, almost like she's at some point expressing the anger or how she isn't what people think she is... and eventually the end becomes lighter and lighter kinda like saying "i still have happy moments, and I thank to those who stick with me no matter what everyone is talking about me".....

Hmm... I don't know, what to think about this previews.
I totally dislike Shake it, the next LOVE and Eyes, Smoke, Magic.
I absolutly don't like this style of music. Burlesque.. Big Bang.. Swing... what ever it is. So.. I don't like it. And I don't care about interludes.
HBYA is greate! And I really like Party Queen. I need to listen the others songs full, to judge about it.

NaNaNA is like, what all of NEXT LEVEL should have been.

I don't really like her vocals for Shake It.

Damn, totally wanted something more middle eastern for taskebab lol oh well. This one actually reminds me of here...

Someone mentioned Koda earlier, and well, Call reminds me of a koda song.

Letter has an interesting composition that flows nicely, and I think I'm gonna come to like it a lot.

reminds me...sounds typical ayu I guess. I'm sure it'll be a lot more epic with better sound.

return road - Don't know if it's wise to put these two songs together cause they sound a lot alike, but I guess they do go together.

Tell me why....I think I'll be listening to this song. even with those dumb woah things.

a cup of tea - I love it. omg.

the next LOVE - why hello jazzy ayu! LoL but the wow...idk about that. I hope she doesn't make it too cheesy

Eyes....oh...spoke too soon. I don't know. I get it, but I don't know.

Serenade - and hello gorgeous ayu.

Officially excited.

These songs actually kind of remind me of Namie songs in the idea that, Namie once talked about how she likes to make songs that will be fun live...and well, these are such live songs. Except for maybe two or three.

I kind of wish that the next LOVE and Eyes, Smoke, Magic had PVs or at least one musical inspired PV. I wasn't fussed that there were only 4 PVs but now that we have the previews....I want moar!

Is it just me, or does the beginning of PQ sound like the "***** eye for straight guy" theme? =P

ooh I love the "oh lai lai lai oh lai lai lai" in Shake It!!
The first 3 tracks should have been what NEXT LEVEL was all about.

I love the melody for Letter, and I wasn't expecting much from that song! Return Road, of course, I'm digging the melody~
The Next LOVE..wow..her vocals...are very good..

I think this album will surpass everyone's expectations.. wow, this album sounds even more Western than I expected, but definitely still retains that whole "Ayu" feel. Her vocals seem much improved! From what I can tell, it's very experimental but still cohesive.

Yes, the cup of tea does have "dubstep" in it.
And yes, I do feel resembles with MY STORY (kinda)

And someone heard the similarity/atmosphere between the next LOVE and Pride, yeah, i hear it now, but Pride was less jazzy/cabaret
