Isn't it the pic for the box cover? I think I didn't express correctly! Acccording to
http://eneabba.net/ayu/disco/albums/07.A_BALLADS.htm there are four booklet so what's the regular booklet?

The regular book cover is the same as the box cover.
The 4 booklet covers there are limited editions which came in a box which has the regular cover. The regular version does not have a box and has a booklet that is same as the box cover.

Yes as said above, the non-limited edition has the same cover as the limited box cover, however no box, but obi instead.
