did you ask to TA to send you the items again? because maybe it's them.
I wrote them I didn't receive TA magazine 37/38 and new year's card and they sent out them again for me. At tenso I received one package only with a weight of 200 gr. I think they're all packaged together, also when I bought Love songs and Dream ON they said I got only one item in my package but in fact I had two XD

Hmmm I joined TA around Blossom/moon. The only free stuff I have gotten from them is the jigsaw. What else should I have got? I'm worried on how much I've missed lol why aren't they sending this stuff out :/

They wrote they checked the address you registered with your subscription and didn't find any error. They send you everything out again and you will receive them in 2 weeks (they wrote the same to me and I received them in 2 days =D). Then they wrote things unuseful for people who use tenso like being sure to have a target with your family name out of your house and stuff like that ^^

Well, I think since that they shipped out only the puzzle and magazine 37 and 38 with new year's card. I think this time they got some problems.. maybe because tenso went on holidays in new year's period ^^;

I finally got my membership card and A (logo) keychain sent to me from Tenso the other day! I was so excited. How much insurance does everyone put on their items when they are having it sent from Tenso to your home address?

I registered and became a TeamAyu member (Btw, thank you so much for making this possible!)

But for the life of me, I cannot figure out where the TeamAyu shop is? Like...where to go? And look at things I can order? Can someone help with this please and thank you.

^currently there is nothing in the TA shop. they will send you an email when you can order the TA cd/dvd versions at the TA shop.

then you can check TA site, under 'what's new' for the link or go to mumo, when you click into the link, there will be a TA link, then you click that.

Well, you can get those extra TA gifts by ordering thru the TA shop in mumo i guess...so it kind of depends on how much you want those things. Also, I guess you get a free phone strap for joining TA. I'm curious how much shipping will be on these things though.

waaa! It's different now??? I'll haveto check it and update my post! What does it have different??


Anyway! About the TA magazine problem! I still don't know if I got mine... And I don't know which problem they had with sending it to TENSO users... because everything they sent before arrived perfectly! That 50th single puzzle card thing arrived to everyone...

The thing is that TA has a limited period for us to claim we didn't got the mags... So I don't think we cant do anything now...

But still, I asked Misa-chan if she could explain me how to tell TA aboutthe problem. She told me she didn't got the mags, but after doing what I'll post now, they sent them again.

This is what she told me to do! So now they will send TA magazine #39, if anyone has problems with it, follow the following steps ^^

from Misa-chan:

1. Go to the TA admin site. http://fc.avex.jp/ayu/contact/

2. A form will come up, and you have to fill in the details. From the top, fill in name, e-mail, select the "会員" button, TA number, choose "会報未着について" from the "件名" part, and in the comment box, fill in the message below..

1.Full Tenso Address
2.Tenso Phone Number
3. E-mail address
Once done, click the blue button at the bottom to send the message.

about 37-38 magazines

I sent message to tenso and ask them to find my magazines, but they didn't find anything
so I sent message here --> http://fc.avex.jp/ayu/contact/ and they send me both magazines ones again. I recieved them and after few days tenso found/recieved old package. Now I get two #37, two #38 and one postcard

@ aderianu: tenso never found my old packages with TA magazines 37-38 but fortunally I got them shipped out again from TA. ^^

Vol.39 arrived safely at tenso instead. ^^v I think I'm going to receive it at home around tomorrow ^^
