Ayu appearing as "VTR Artist" at TV Tokyo Music Festival 2020 on June 24th

https://www.tv-tokyo.co.jp/ongakusai_2020

Posted by Sim' in the Anything Goes thread, Ayu seems to be a VTR guest for the VTR artist section of TV Tokyo's Music Festival 2020. It looks like they have 50 "normal" performances lined up and 50 VTR performances all with the theme of "the 100 best hit songs I want to hear again".

It's likely they'll use an old performance for this with an 'audience classic' but I guess we'll see whenever the festival happens in a few days.

I think in 2018, they showed an evolution performance for this festival. Not sure which one though. I could see it being that or SEASONS.

Doesn't seem like it. The "VTR" artists seem to make up more artists than previous festivals and judging from those, it'll just be an older performance maybe with a message attached to it.

For a general idea you can watch this 2018 rip of the full show back then.

It does look like a handful of artists are doing special new medleys though but not too many. I don't think Ayu has traditionally appeared on this show or been part of the artist list until this year but she's popped up in footage almost every year because of the nature of some of the themes.

For those wondering, they showed performances of Depend on You @ Super Live 98 (https://twitter.com/TA_ayuloveyu/sta...57216641871873) and Boys & Girls @ Super Dream Live 99 (https://www.instagram.com/p/CB0loXFFfwL/).

They are all from Super Dream Live. Unfortunately, they don't do the full songs, but it is at least most of them. The Boys and Girls and Appears performances in particular were to this point only available in a super poor quality file, so this is great.
