Exactly. Caps give emotions more emotions to a song. I'm fine with it, coz it makes the titles somewhat special. I've seen so far it's only J-Pop that used that kind of capitalization. Perhaps K-Pop, but I'm unsure.
Thankfully she hasn't yet to used ☆, ★, ♪, ♭, ♯, +, - and so on,,,,,

Yeah, I think it's just for extra dramatic titles. I think that Ayu likes to put feeling behind everything, including the way the title is said because in Japansese you say different parts of a word higher/louder then other parts.
