Yes I know you can get the deposit back.
But first you need to pay it, then pay your auctions and then you can deposit back if you want. It´s still 50$ that i need to be laying arround, and that is just too much imho.
I think they should offer lower deposits with a lower bid limit, as I never really bid for 25000 (or do they count lost auctions too in that limit)
You´re a member, maybe you can ask if they could offer lower deposits, like 20$ or so with a bid limit of 10000, that whould be perfect. It´s not so much money lying arround senseless Xd

^lost auctions won't be counted in the limit.
and once you win the auction and paid for it, your limit will go back to 25000 yen again.

my friend had encounter 2 lost mails from YA, and both parcels includes those 'sold out' tour goodies, so YA can't even reship them.

I'm worried. YA shipped my CDL09-10 goods on Jan 26 and I still have not received them.

Usually with YA, I receive within 7 business days... it has now been 11 business days.

Maybe I'm worried for nothing.

How long should I wait to receive my package, before contacting YA?

well, i had once got my items after 3 weeks....but just to play safe, drop them a mail first and tell them your concern.

but do you have any items that are sold-out now in your order?????

I had some problems with YesAsia with my CDL09-10 goodies. I ordered almost all the goodies but since I couldn't use my credit card (because my parents decided to cancel it) I used Money Order instead anyways it took them like 3 weeks to confirm that they received my Money Order even though when I track my money order it said it was already received anyways I decided to cancel my order because I was pissed then the put it on my YesAsia credits,

Anyways I loved YesAsia and CDJapan.
The only problem I have with YesAsia is the customer service and shipping.

No the goods I ordered are not sold out yet.

But I received them last week, so they didn't get lost n____n

so far i never encounter any lost parcel from play-asia.but i think they will either refund the money to your paypal account or resend the parcel to you again.

haha.don't worry.their customer service is very good.they replied my emailed within 1 day - 1 1/2day.Its not like yesasia .I emailed them asking if ayu's single is still available or not and it took more than 2 days to reply me they need to check the availability. =.="
and their customer service is the worst compare to cdjapan and play-asia.its like i'm talking to a robot than a human

God sucks... They won't offer free shipping because my order is above 2kg.
Now I'm not sure if I'll purchase them considering that the shipping fee is worth an album xD

Imo I didn't like Play-Asia, I used them for a video game once and I found their shipping method sucked for my country... I got a lot of trouble getting my package because the delivery company wasn't dropping the package unless it was in my hands, so I had to chasse the damn truck!! Lol

LOL I already bought the stuffs there xD I had to pay for the shipping though but oh well it's fine but it sucks because I could buy an album with that shipping fee.

Btw I don't know how to use Western Union since Play-Asia didn't sent me instruction on how to use that method.
This is the first time I'm going to use Western Union.

o.O this is weird.Because if you choose their free shipping,it should be your post office problem because once it reach your country,your country's post office will handle the parcel.but i wouldn't say their shipping sucks(since its free ) because most of the time its the post office problem and not play-asia problem.
