Next, have you checked places like YesAsia or CDJapan first? Here's a link which may help:

According to this link, they have an Arena Tour DVD (Japan Version) for $55.49 ... there's also a VHS version if you're interested, but I'd recommend the DVD version for extra behind-the-scenes clips and much more.
