Oi. It looks like the tags system is being abused by a bunch of members.

Just look at the tags being used right now! D:

Spoiler:
10th anniversary aiko kayo alan allister am i fallin' in love? ami suzuki arashi austin was here avex ballad beautiful better than ayu blonde shige = a big no. bollywood bright britpop cake celebration cera from land b4 time depression diva divalicious like me! dorothy zbornak lookalike drama emi hinouchi faag-haag fandango fan remix food fugly gal genki rockets get koha out girl group gravure heartsdales hey!say!jump hitomi hitomi shimatani hot hsj i'm poor =( idol ikimonogakari imported from nevada insane j-urban japan k8!ryo > news!ryo kanade keito is a cutie! key + kaori = 4eva knocked up koda kumi korean leopard logo look at these puppies! losing ones way love lovely m-flo making the band member misono morning musume movemybootslikew00t namie amuro nana tanimura news news = boring. nice rack. olivia one hit wonder perfume pictures posters queen bee quite good richard x rin oikawa sexy show offs sifow single spam stay gold sucks suzuki ami t&t = otp team ayu thelma aoyama the pussycat dolls this girl is amazing tohoshinki travel underrated ur girlfriend hates her verbal wallpaper yasutaka nakata

Someone that frequents another forum also seems to have mentioned me under another name in a tag as well. Why are people so immature?

^Yes, I noticed that as well.
Look at the Namie thread. It's not fun anymore. I think that adding tags for the right threads is okay like "namie amuro, koda kumi, wallpaper, pictures, new single" but not those immature things like "OMG namie has no emotion, can't dance, spamalicious".

yeah, most of those tags weren't really bad at all.

but some were really stupid. and most of the really dumb ones had to do with JE ..

are JE threads the tag-spam threads?
So it's not only the Kumi threads we've gotta worry about?

the JE threads may have lots of fun posts, but they will never out spam the kuu threads.

Those tags aren't that bad. There's like a handful of ones that could be considered bad.... O.o;
The JE ones aren't bad either, they're just fun inside jokes or something~

And also, the JE threads have been getting more spammy than they've been in the past, but there's no way they can get as spammy as the Kuu threads. I've been talking to mods and we've been working on that, so~

The JE threads definitely aren't that spammy.

Yeah, but "having fun with tags" isn't what tags are meant for. They are mean to be used so it is easier to index/find threads with a similar topic. Putting "riozz + shige = hott" or whatever isn't really gonig to do us any good.

So I implore you all, if you made any stupid tags, remove them or change them to something relevant. I mean, I made a few stupid tags, this is true. I changed a few of them and I plan on changing all of them to something relevant.

So yeah. Tags are NOT for fun, they are NOT for inside jokes, they are a resource to make navigating the forum easier.

Spoiler:
and i didn't say the JE threads were spammy. I said their tags were spammy. They have spammy tags.

And i don't view putting "spam" as a tag as a spammy tag, mainly because if that's what it is, that's what it is.

The tags have been removed, so it's really not a problem now. And yeah, the tags were spammy, I guess we forgot what the purpose was for them. But that's all fixed now, so it's not a problem.

Uh.. I just wanted to say that for the past few minutes,
the forum has been slowing down a bit,
and I've been receiving blank pages instead of a thread.

The same with me. It's okay now though. I though the mods were punishing us.

I'd have to say that I only posted the "top tags" which means there were a lot more out there unmentioned. A lot of the tags imo were simply immature and would only be found "fun / funny" by mischievous 4th graders.

I don't think anyone forgot, they were just being idiots. I'm pretty sure they'll be back as soon as someone suddenly gets a spark of "inspiration".

heads up

There is a small chance that AHS will be down for maintenance this weekend. If that happens the Posting Games and Trash Can forums will be purged.
