According to the official website, there are two live in 12/30 and 12/31

2005年12月30日(金)　開場 17:30 / 開演 18:30
2005年12月31日(土)　開場 22:00 / 開演 23:00

The ticket will be sold at 11/26

I hope she'll perform at least a couple of the new album songs that are unlikely to be big enough to be performed on regular TV shows or tours.

Yeah, this is the CDL not the Arena tour yet. Although I liked last years CDL a lot, I hope this one she will perform a lot more new songs instead of the old ones.
