But yea... I remember in the beginning, such singers as ELT and Maki Goto were performing with Ayu, so my guess is that they're cutting back on some of the "big name" people for now

that actor and actress are really well known in japan! kuroki hitomi is like a very very well known actress, and is respected. I don't think they're being cheap, they're just trying new things. maybe reaching out to other generations????

I mean...just because we don't know them doesn't mean people in Japan doesn't know them. And yea, I remember seeing Hitomi Kuroki in a drama with Hideaki Takizawa.

Dun u all know ayu...all those people whom she invites to her show r those whom she admire and like.... in e beginning she gotta ask those more familiar faces to her show is bcuz den e teenagers will watch...but now after e show has stabilise of cuz she can now invite those that she really would like to have in her show.
