^^and you think that just because they were the two new songs performed at CDL?

Maybe. When she does release another single, I kind of wish it were a single A side. If it has a nice tie-in, I'm sure it could do just as well as her double a-sides. I know it's weird, wanting "less" material, but I want it to be such a hit, that there's no need for another a-side. remixes, of course, would also be great.

Since Ayu is kinda absent in j-pop for the japanese casual listener for the moment the ones who buys her singles are pretty much her horde of fans. And I don't think hbya for itself would even get her fanbase to keep her streak. Now, if she would add Party Queen or some other song (like a dubble A-side) I think she might have keept her #1 streak. But with only hbya... Hmm, nah... I dunno. Actually, I have a hard time seeing that song as a #1 Oricon with all the other competition Ayu have to face nowadays with AKB48 e.t.c. and K-pop.
