For one, I'd like to try different styles and interpretations, not just copies of the original. There's nothing interesting about listening to someone just singing along to the same background music really. Keep people interested by doing your own thing with it. It's been awhile since I posted, but the project IS still alive. Please buy the AT products if you can, we really need help and since the project started in April '03 it's only made about 15 dollars! Also, Tai, can we add your winning A Song for XX remix to the project? I'd also like permission from the AHS admins to do so. I don't want to add all the remixes from the contest, just my favorite (which was also the winner). That way it doesn't make any remix CD you guys might release obsolete, and it keeps the variety on AT.

I've got an ayu site I'm launching in the next few weeks and finally A Tribute will have a page again, cuz that'll be a part of it. There'll finally be more details there for anyone who wants to help by performing a song or doing a remix.

Did u guys think about doing an "acapella" thing, with no music? I was thinking about some strong song like "over", ´cause a lot of people could do the chour parts. If i buy a karaoke mic, its goingto work on PC???? I really think the conventional mics arenot good for theese things.

yeah, hooking up a karaoke mic into the mic jack of your soundcard works wonderfully. I did it ages ago (on a much better soundcard than the one i have now) and it sounded fantastic. Wish i still had the mic though.

And that's a very good idea! The first truly creative & interesting one since the project started, aside from a group who i barely even remember who wanted to do a punk version of poker face.

See, that's the kind of thing i'm talking about!! ^__^

Tsa shameu dont have MSN so we coul talk more about it. I could give it all to make acapellaversion qith 5 or 6people really interested on it. I think im gonna buy a Mic. today (not only for this project, bu im gonna use late). So if u need something just say, i´ll se what i can do.

Id like to think i sing fairly well and ive been told i have excellent pronunciation for someone who knows little japanese, id be willing to cover Moments or INSPIRE and i am a guy. I haev no shame in singing a female song as they seem to be the only ones suited for my voice.

the last time i try to sing Fly high with all my energy into it,the family lives across the street came and told me to stop killing their babies...... T_T ......sigh.....if only my voice great enough like gackt or hyde or klaha or ayu....erk it would be weird to be a man who have cute girly voice

ChrisKay: Hehehe, we'd love to have your talent onboard! ^_^ The plan for the cover is for multiple designs to be submitted, and the ones I think are best crafted (i.e. not really amateur-ish looking, just for quality control's sake) will be put to a vote by fans. The winning design gets put on the cd
