I`m a spanish native, so Japanese is easy to speak to me.
So....I think that I sing very well in japanese (in the spelling part ^_^U). I`ll put here a karaoke, so you can comment how it was... T_T (I don`t know if I`m so good at the voice part).

I posted awhile back to post in this thread for now if you were interested... that forum went down awhile ago and I haven't gotten in contact w/ the guy who's hosting it. I'm moving it over to Ibuki's server pretty soon though.

Like I had said before I am willing to lend my voice. I know Forgiveness perfectly. I just don't have a mic or a computer that can handle a really good recording. I there is anyone In my Area of california, willing to help or needs a singer I am willing. Just pm me for any details, or find me on aim ( SN saramalam.) I need to get good time in with japanese material, so when I move to japan, in the next two years I wont have a slow start as a singer.

Profits from the store (provided I make enough for cafepress to send me a check x_X) will go to buying microphones & sound cards to record, as well has hosting for the site.

When the CD is done, it will also be made available at cafepress for a non-profit price of $8.99.

KayeN: Not too good, just because not many people are able to contribute. Basically anyone who does any cover versions at all is welcome to submit an mp3 to it. I have a few remixes already but hardly any cover versions, and those I do have are incomplete because I need DJs, guitarists, keyboardists, composers, musicians of ANY kind really, to make accompaniment to the vocal-only tracks i've been sent. I'm not allowing anyone to sing along to the instrumental versions for various reasons, and that's made it hard for many people to contribute.

I'm also getting nearly nothing from the AT cafepress store. I'm not doing to well promoting it.

The website for the project is kaput because of an unreliable host.

A few files had to be backed up AGAIN due to crappy generic cd-r's.

Because of relocation and switching between four computers over the last year, I have to sift through many files on many backups to find what content I DO have.

Basically, not too well ^^;; Whatever could go wrong, has. I'm finally settled living somewhere and I have my own computer, so I'm working on getting everything sorted out. I've also just added alot of items to the cafepress store to get more funds to help the project out a bit.

You could probably contact one of the old Faye fans like Josh Cheung, Stefan Graman (wongfaye.org), Megan Dougherty (lajabor.com), or Mey Ngo (who kinda produced the CD) and see if they can make you a copy or mp3s of it... try the forum at wongfaye.org/forum, they're nice people ^_^ It's worth it to try to find one, alot of the covers are quite nice, and the first disc of rarities is really cool!
