i think its just because she decided to change the lyrics at the last minute and the vocal track was done with the pre-change lyrics. correct me someone if i am wrong.

Actually, that's precisely the case.
 It's just an early version, she decided to slightly change the end of the chorus and switch the two lines on either side of the instrumental break later.

There probably isn't a deep reason, writers and lyricists alike have the freedom to change their words. Usually, it's just because the new version "sounds better" or "feels more right".
