I think this one may have a better selling number compared to MY STORY. An album with lots of singles out will do really good usually (such as LOVEppears, Memorial address). And I rather want an album w/ lots of known good songs than the ones w/ new materials that I dun really like (non-single songs from RAINBOW and MY STORY are examples).

Talking about first press.. for cdjapan, they will take the "first press available" icon down once they're gone. Moreover, usually the icon is taken down pretty quick.. even before the release... So if I were you I will preorder it asap (unless you dun care about first press).

Just seen the preorder links come up at yesasia and noticed the price seems to be higher than normal. £25+ CDJapan has the preorder for £18.50, I think I know who I will be ordering with

Yeah, I've noticed that price at YesAsia is more expensive

CD: YesAsia = US$31.99 | CDJapan = US$26.24
CD+DVD: YesAsia = US$44.99 | CDJapan = US$ 33.23

but if I'm not wrong at CDJapan u must add Shipping Charge which will be at least $10-15 for standard service and at YesAsia standard service will be for free if u'll order for price US$39 or higher - so if u'll order CD+DVD version of album u'll paid at YesAsia only US$44.99 and at CDJapan probably little more.

I didn't pre-order album yet. I'll wait until the title and track list of album will be known and also released date will be sure (I don't want another delayed like with Calendar 2006). I don't know where I'll buy this time but probably even then at YesAsia

It might, if I remember correctly didn't koda's Best os come with the first press items? But the os version will most likely have even less quantities of the item.

That's the problem I have with CDJapan too, the shipping charges and time, it's why I can't order from them. It's why I pre-ordered Ayu's new album+DVD from YesAsia, because shipping is faster, even with the standard mail service.

Yes, you need to factor in shipping, but I took the SAL method, economy airmail. It the cheapest they offer and the total come out to $40, still $5 cheaper than yesasia. And I have had items sent via this method before and usually take about a week.

Yup, definitely. This year's singles are much better than MY STORY's ones.

I think it's kinda obvious which singles are better! Plus, there another one coming up soon.

I liked last year better. This year, only 3 songs stood out IMO: "STEP you", "alterna" and "Will". The 3 others are easily forgettable in Ayu's big discography when all the 2004 singles were special. "Moments" was great, "INSPIRE" was original, "GAME" introduced her new rock style and "CAROLS" was wonderful and it's one of my all-time Ayu favourites. "HEAVEN" and "fairyland" aren't as good, they're plain compared to "CAROLS" and "INSPIRE". They give a huge impression of déja vu. I'll buy the album just because of the 3 stand out songs and for the DVD.

I say that last year's song's were repetitive and bad. The good thing this year is that you get to choose which song is better in each single, unlike last year's where CAROLS and Moments were just single A-sides.

Last year's songs weren't so impressive.. they were good but they did not stand out. HEAVEN is much more emotional than Carols. And most of this year's singles were more striking and full of variety.
