so i was using my highlight translator add on (which most the time is right or close at least..) ..highlighting the characters and when i got to Lady Dynamite it translated to 'Tues Explosion Prostitute'
That totally took me back for a second lol When i go on my trip to China, I'm gonna buy it since I'm saving for China now, i can't afford to get the album when it first comes out

火爆女郎 IS NOT HOT PROSTITUTE lol!
It means: 火爆 = Dynamic/Explosive 女郎 = Lady/Woman/Girl (Lady's the most accurate though) thus 火爆女郎 REALLY means Dynamic Lady = Lady Dynamite...

wow thanks for the info!
i love 火爆女郎. it's so cool haha. 心機小女人is quite funny but i'm okay with it~ meaning of Love could be 愛的意義 while Don't look back is abit difficult, maybe 不再回首. In Chinese, there is the concept of red thread (紅線), which means the bond between two persons in a romantic relationship. as for RED LINE, i guess the meaning ayu wants to convey is beyond love between 2 persons, but wider and broader. that's why it's ~for TA~. just my opinion. |

This time I hate every single translation
the best translation for Don't look back is 步堪回首(if you can read Chinese Don't use any translators) Last edited by Foyuki; 8th April 2010 at 05:35 PM. |

LOL pros?! if you use word in those alleys, then yea, they do mean that..BUT plainly it means, as waterballoon said, Lady
wonder why they always pick Some songs for translations.. they could have called it 步戲團 LOL Last edited by freedreamer; 8th April 2010 at 05:37 PM. |

女郎 stands for maiden/young woman
火爆 stands for irritable 最後的環節/火爆女郎/心機小女人 and this album title 搖滾馬戲團 I don't like it at all Last edited by Foyuki; 8th April 2010 at 05:44 PM. |

meaning of Love can be translated as 愛意 directly
Last Links can be translated as 一線牽 count down 追憶(recalling with clock click) Lady Dynamite Sexy little things-I don't think it is judicious to translate this two titles and for myself I will translate this album title as 濱式現時競技場 Last edited by Foyuki; 8th April 2010 at 06:13 PM. |

but Last Links is plural, 一線牽 sounds singular XD
and there is a difference between 愛意 and 愛的意義. 愛意 is just the emotion of love or the feeling of love. |

一線牽 comes from 千裏姻緣一線牽
sometimes you can understand Chinese in this way 一線的牽系 just a shorter version well about 愛意 this is SPECIAL Abbreviation in Chinese I don't mean this is the same meaning with 愛的意義.But if you can read Chinese well you will find 愛意(of course referring to meaning of Love) sounds more deep than 愛的意義. |
