I find it incredibly annoying how Ayu's album/song titles -have- to have some deep meaning or be cryptic something otherwise they're worthless. I'm sure Ayu has a reason for titling it this way because she -always- has a reason for things like this.

maybe I don't like the album title but how you can tell it's meaningless? It means: I am a Party queen and some of the songs might be about it - it's still a meaning. According to amount of her ballads (/and songs about "I'm so in love") - I AM EXCITED for something rocky, poppy, party, discoesque, dance'y. I just hope it will not be like RnRC album - the rock theme, 3 rock songs and that's it.

there is like maybe 2 album titles of her I like so why bother? there is a music under a title and that's the most important thing, aye?

Is it "Party Queen" or 'Party queen' ? Either way I'm terribly disappointed with the title. I'm satisfied what concerns the tracklist (except for shake it having that heart symbol in it's title ........). BUT It looks promising.......

haaah yes, exactly. i can laugh all i want at taskebab but that doesn't mean i'm going to say it's shite and dismiss it. pinkshinigami seems to forget that ayu isn't the only artist with song titles with little hearts in them, nor is she the only one to make cutesy titles. hell, if anything it's been a while since she's done a ton of them like that -- usually it's just been a smattering of them here and there.

if she wants to be all genki and upbeat, go for it. we'll just have to quietly settle for the song titles that stem from it XD

Ayu, please, blow everyone's minds with album covers, so I wouldn't have an urge to remake them xD

Wow...what a surprise

I wonder if this album is going to be a whole new style! I'm wondering what this 'global' sound will be like ! & omg! That tracklist is so different! Such as Eyes, Smoke, Magic & the next LOVE? I wonder if that's insinuating a new lover on the horizon (lol I'm only joking it's probably an interlude or something). Still though...I am so excited for this album & I can't wait for how beautiful you are to come out next week .

I love "Eyes, Smoke, Magic" for a song title too I can just hear her in my head, all Madonna-like whispering "Eyes, Smoke, Magic!" at the beginning of the song

Party Queen is the album title and Party queen is the song title, it seems. It looks like they initially updated the official site with the "queen" in the title but it was changed afterward.

tbh I hate FIVE so much that I forgot about it. :x I don't really consider that an album though. Rock'n'Roll Circus is pretty meaningless, but I don't think Love songs is.

Gotta love how these are all her most recent albums' titles though.

These titles might not imply deep thoughts,but that doesn't mean they cannot turn out comnpletely different. Ayumi has prove us wrong several times. A title doesn't neccesary define a song guys

Personally, I dont like some of the titles because they give the album a certain feel. Thats all we reaaly have to go by right now, of course they'll become less important as more info and stuff comes out.

In any case, its sort of like, if I wanted a koda album, I'd listen to koda lol

But no one really knows what the songs will sound like. Dont get your panties all in a bunch.

I used to judge her songs by her titles before they were released, but after they are, they usually turned out to be songs I ended up liking very much (STEP you being a prime example). Afterwards I stopped doing that and just sit back to wait for those "ugly-titled" songs to blow my mind

I do hope the album's partyesque, though! It's nice to have an album that lives up to its name

I'm excited that all of the songs but 2 are ones we've never heard before! It will be awesome (also a little weird) to listen to an album with no singles that came before it (aside from how beautiful you are). I think that's a good thing; how many times has an album been great, EXCEPT for the obligatory summer single/winter ballad that comes along and throws the whole feel of the album off?
