I believe if enough fans request for its availability in the US, they will put the album in the iTunes store.

I've always wondered why iTunes doesn't just consolidate its country-specific stores into a global superstore --- it's not as if they're a brick-and-mortar retailer with space constraints. That way, all the new J-pop (and other international music) would be available to everyone on the day of release. I'm sure it goes the other way around too --- there are probably some American/European releases that Japanese people want but can't get.

I personally love how iTunes changes the titles to make them look like proper English. It looks way more organised and professional that way, in my eyes.
