I also like this single overall! Anata ga blah blah is not her most memorable ballad, but it's a good one, very season-appropriate too.

However, this single is all about B.O.Y. for me, what a great piece of pop candy! The arrangement is

Hajimari wa Owari ja nai is nice, but I don't think this is my favourite version of the song.

Yeah, I don't know why I keep playing B.O.Y pretty often recently... (in addition with some Shion Miyawaki song)

The release date is spring so... it's targeted to young people, schoolboys, schoolgirls... It's like: let's sing miwa song for our graduation!

20 songs, bundled... and how is it like? Please do some cover songs gurl, like Tsubasa wo Kudasai or Sotsugyou Shashin.

really random.... why does everyone release a best album after 4 albums IMO that's too early... And then it's a ballad collection so does that mean no rock songs??

Rock ballad might be possible, but then again I remember she didn't have one.
Possible songs:
-megurogawa (Compulsory for this release)
-Bokura no Mirai
-Dear days
-friend
-Mata ne
-Samenai Yume (Not really sure)
-Tsuyoku Naritai
-Whistle

I can't think any except from that list, that's why 20 songs seems weird.

^ Where does it say there's gonna be 20 songs, I haven't noticed it anywhere? All I see about the tracklist is that the last two singles are gonna be on it. Aside from them, and the songs you listed, I bet Nukumori, Kibou no Wa, and maybe Gesshoku ~winter moon~ will be included. Some cover songs would be great! I hope the covers will look nice.

Now that you mentioned it, I also forgot, I think I read the 'still rumor' news, because it said about 2CD+DVD as well, but the official ones are different so, yeah.

I didn't include Nukumori because it's for motherly love or something, Gesshoku maybe included though, but let's see how things will do. Sony news seems mentioning that the recent single and Yozora will be included.

Yeah, I think it's dedicated to her mother (which is why I accidentally called it Mother originally... oops

), but I don't think that makes it any less likely to be included. They might not include it for some other reason, I'm starting to feel less certain about it for some reason. Kibou no Wa, Otoshimono and Kataomoi are a sure thing though. I wonder if they'll include the ballad version of Delight or record ballad versions of some other songs?

kibou no wa and gesshoku are like the most boring songs she's ever made IMO, not a fan of those... ^ I LOVE the ballad version of delight it's so beautiful. I'm more than curious about the tracklist, hope they release it rather soon even though the release date is still far away

I think Kibou no Wa is boring, until I watch the performance in Budokan (acoguissimo3), you should watch it too!

Family-related songs might be included, because well, it's related to graduation I think, I'm totally curious about the tracklist, I really hope she will do at least one cover song like this one.

I think this song is quie popular for graduation? No?

She will be promoting this album with a tour. Compilation album with a tour, well..
Also, she mentioned that other than graduation-related songs, she will pick some songs related to encounter and farewell, relocation and moving, and anything related to those. So we have a clear idea about the songs now. (Which means, probably no new song at all.)

^ I started that concert once but didn't get through it for some reason maybe I was impatient that day. The tour is quite long.. I'd be happy with a new song too maybe one to directly promote the album additionally?
Also she'll be at kouhaku this year as well yay ^^ I hope she'll sing yozora

She's managed under Tristone Entertainment but she records under the Sony Records label, so technically she's under Sony.

There are too many reasons, one of them is 'lack of discussion' as I said before, but well, it doesn't really important after all, as long as the thread updated frequently with some members it's more than enough I think. So you should prepare for a new thread then.

I just realized this, but what you said is really true. So I guess we shouldn't expect much from this, it's just a standard compilation album.

YUI's best albums didn't have ANY new content so.. We'll see how this comes out. By this time I'm just waiting for ieiri leo's first best album as she has 4 albums now lol Avex and Sony both seem to do a lot of those unnecessary releases to get cash in or whatever the purpose of those releases are

YUI's B-side album compilation (MY SHORT STORIES) has a new song in it. (Sony)
Superfly BEST album has 2 new songs in each disc respectively. (Warner Music Japan)
Kalafina 2 BEST albums have 2 new songs. (Technically only one, since one of them is just a freaking less-than-a-minute intro). Sony.
Morning Musume... okay, so many other to list.

Other than avex and Sony, who is releasing a compilation album with some bonus material?
