"Hello, new me " was composed by Kunio Tago (SAKURA, Petal, Days, Together When...) and arranged by Yuta Nakano. It does sound like something from "LOVE again".

For me this would fit more on NEXT LEVEL or R'n'R Circus. It has too much life to fit on LOVE again.
