I don't like anything below 192kbps because that's when I hear the difference.

192-320 though, can't tell.

I would rather have 320....just cause...I'm an elitist music ***** I guess lol

ugg i hate 128, but i hate 320...you know how hard it is to fit songs into a 4 GB ipod if all of your songs were 320...it's impossible, and i hate how people always upload a 320 rip of an album, cause if i convert it, it sounds all weird >_<

I don't care at all.
I know HQ is better than LQ but I can listen both types.

In between. I do like to have 320 kbs, but for some music it's just too hard to find so I'll settle with whatever is available, unless it sounds horrible.

I started off being fine with 128 / 96 kbs....but over the years I was introduced to 192, and then later 320.

Music just doesn't sound appealing anymore under 192 kbs, I hate when my playlist song goes from 320kbs, and the next song is in 128, it sounds horrible! For older songs however, i don't care what qual it is...as long as i have it :]

I only have music that I ripped from CD's I own, since HQ stuff is a lot better than downloads. So I have no downloaded songs in my iTunes, but I still have over 1400+ songs =P

I only download for leaks and stuff like that XD

I like the happy medium of 192...quality isn't too bad but it doesn't take up a huge amount of space either.

I'm picky. Most of the albums on my iPod are 320 kbps, with the exception of a select of a few albums here and there (mostly ones I like so much that I'll put them on even if they're of a lower quality). Random songs also get to be less than 320 kbps, but that's it.

I care. A lot. My iPhone paired with my Sony headphones really demonstrates the difference between 128 and 320...128 or around that sounds really bad, I will usually skip the track if a 128 song comes up. 192 is OK, and anything above this is fine by me (though ideally if I have a 320 option, I will always go for that regardless of space on my laptop.

i prefer 320kbps, but not too much higher because it could get buzzy
192 is okay when 320 is unavailable
if 128, then i just buy it for better quality

i only download 192 and above. if whatever i'm downloading is rare then i'll settle for 128 if it sounds okay, but i won't go any lower and i can go without the music if it sounds like crap.

Either 192 or 320. Unless, as honeycute said, it's something hard to come across, then I can settle for lower.
