No one commented on it, but as I thought when was announced: the nonstop mix of the concerts are just the songs from the concert with some transitions to make some songs shorter. It's a little weird because it makes SHUTOUT sounds like it's part of the concert but being lipsync. lol

Now that re(LIVE) is out and everybody has a chance to see it...
Which one do you guys prefer? I mean, both are absolutely awesome, but I think overall I prefer Black Cherry. The good thing about re(LIVE) and also the 19th->20th Anniversary event definitely is that she sang so many old songs and you can hear again, how gorgeous her voice is because of all the variety. And sorry, but I couldn't help but making a screencap of the girl frantically waving her card and fan at the dancer to get picked at the JAPONESQUE show. Her face, awesome! Btw. the guy who was picked there is on Twitter. https://twitter.com/TKsan00000/statu...70964427472897

I watched both concerts and walked away extremely impressed with how they pulled it all off.
Visually the reinvented Black Cherry show is my fave, but on a technical level the JAPONESQUE concert was stunning. That secondary platform stage had me shocked , and it was used brilliantly. It's amazing what Kumi and her staff can do in a hall setting. Her ambition, focus, and work ethic is just something to behold. |

They performed NEW AGE and made it to #5 for Japanese Twitter trends. Kuu got attention like that as well as she wrote the lyrics and got mentioned by Sukkiri as well as other tweets. https://twitter.com/kouchan_66/statu...47836981309441 (happy that the girls get more and more exposure!) --------------------------------------------- Fuji TV announced a special FNS music live broadcast for March 21st because of the corona virus! It's going to be a 3 hour special, starting 7 pm, having the theme of "Spring will surely come". No artists or schedule announced yet, but fans are asking on Twitter for artists, Kuu among them. As Kuu regularly appears on those FNS broadcasts, chances are good she's going to appear here as well. https://www.fujitv.co.jp/FNS/sp/ https://twitter.com/fns_kayousai/sta...66363820179457

Domestic shipping fee for orders made via HMV Japan is 220 Yen or if you go to any convenience stores to pick up your order , the fee is waived
https://www.hmv.co.jp/en/help/?q=006000008 Of course if I'm living in Japan I will save on shipping fee considerably cos I'm sure the re(LIVE) Black Cherry & JAPONESQUE Joint HMV Loppi version is heavy The drawback for HMV Japan is that they only use EMS for their overseas shipping orders but the upside is that for most releases they give the members quite big discounts which can be used to offset the EMS shipping fee I missed the days when HMV Japan's EMS shipping fee starts from 900 Yen onwards unlike now where the minimum amount they charge for me is 1,500 Yen :x === Like it PV https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWTA8eR8lnY

This made me think how much Kuu is postponing her 20th anniv plans due to covid-19, this will be a tough year for everyone's schedule in the entertainment industry. Hope she is keeping herself safe btw. Has she addressed any of that in her insta stories?

I also love Like it choreography, and the PV overall is good.
Kumi will perform at FNS https://www.fujitv.co.jp/FNS/sp/ With her FNS performances I usually get more excited about the collaborations, since it's pretty much always the same songs. It would be awesome a collaboration with Maki Ohguro again.

WALK OF MY LIFE PV
Listening to the album again and I still find most of the tracks sounding really fresh and cohesive. The album flows so well.

But it all also depends how the pandemic is going, in Kuu's case also only in Japan as she's probably not going to do anything international. Also keeping in mind that the pandemic might go for over 2 years, like the last big one, the Spanish flu 1918-1920, coming and going with the seasons. She surely will find a good way, just hope we are able to actively take part in it, too.

Someone uploaded Kuu's 'So Into You' performances from the Cosmo Earth Concious Act 2003 concert in HD. I've seen her performance with BoA before but never this one, so it was cool to see. She's so beautiful!

@Xianghua I guess they wanted to fit the whole concert in one disc for the special edition, so they had to cut a little here and there. It is pointless to me, but whatever. I don't even like to listen to live audios anyway.
Seeing the awful blu-ray sales, it makes me wonder if they are going to ditch the format since they already did for the FC versions. I hope not. Kylie Minogue did this with her Golden Tour and I'm not gonna buy it because of it.
