I might be wrong, but it seems like it's on purpose. She's slowly being frozen, so it might have something to do with how she's lip syncing.

Her sitting in a room doing nothing. Just like Moon except they swapped out her getting covered in black slime with ice. Kind of like a weird mixture of the videos for crossroad and Moon. In all three she's getting covered in something.

Really nothing special from the PV.
It looks nice but it's nothing amazing.
Even with that being said, this is sadly one of her better PVs in recent years
