Rly strange, at Ayu it os always the other way, concert goods I can pay with credit card, CDs not.
But that´s why I always have a bunch of cash with me in Japan, Japan is a cash-land.

I think only if you hit a certain amount then only credit card is accepted ?

Cos if you only buy 1 keychain , it feels so pointless to pay for it via credit card as it cost 500 Yen

I never pay concert goods via credit card if I buy them physically at the venue cos the overseas rate is not good and cash is still king in Japan

At the previous concerts (at least for Nagoya and Fukuoka), there were designated lines to stand in if you wanted to pay by card. They had a small sign above them to let you know it was the credit card line. Aside from that, I think all other lines were cash only.

They didn't accept credit cards at all. I went to every goods booth, outside and inside. I will just buy it online later. but I'm feeling so stupid wearing a sailor moon shirt I'm a Namie concert. If it were at least a one piece one KKK

Silly question now:
In my ticketbo account (use the English account) how do I register my name? There are two boxes and it doesn't say which is the name and which surname. Did you put the surname in the first box and in the second the first name or the other way around?

I saw that some people had problems on ID check and said they were sometimes very rigid and I am afraid to mess something up and get in trouble because it is in a different order from the passport. XD

I don't think you need to worry about that now haha if you messed up when you put the names during your registration back in December, well, it's already too late haha your name in ticketbo won't change a thing.

But to be honest they picked my resident card, looked at my name, checked in the computer and let me in. It was a 10 seconds or less process. With Marcelo it was just the same (we entered together) and he had a passport.

So I’m in line now. It is huge. And indeed, no credit cards. That information is not posted anywhere but the staff/guards have been shouting it. So yeah, unless you understand Japanese well, you’re kind screwed.

Btw: actually if you change your name in your ticketbo account it WILL reflect the new name on your ticket! I did it for one of my extra tickets and it worked. The ticket reflects only the new name, not the old one that I used originally to get the ticket.
