Does anyone know what this is?

Maybe it's one of those unofficial biographies? Doing unofficial biographies was really big in the late 90's / early 2000's to capitalize on the success of artists.

There was only one doujinshi manga, Miracle Passion.

These "ayu-mi-ekkusu" books with the horrible fan art covers are indeed biographies. Some of them have pretty rare photos inside (like the Fukuoka Bank posters she did) but most of them don't have content we don't already know or haven't already seen.
