She looks... stocky? Bulky? And short. She need to get rid that fringe on her pants and that bland wedding dress. She looks tall and great shape in Cirque. Setlist nothing impressive.

I was really excited for this tour and now I'm just... hmm... okay. I'm not disappointed because I knew it would be a setlist full of "fan favorites" songs that she'd performed a million times. If I was a singer with a 20 years career going to tour to celebrate my anniversary, I would probably sing a lot of famous songs. That's kinda obvious. I was expecting some nice medleys and a wow performance like "kanariya" from CDL but I cam totally understand the simplicity (?) of this tour. It would be a 60 days tour, it's a very dangerous situation for her voice and body. Imagine if she would need to do aero performances 60 times in a year. I don't think she (or anybody that is not a circus artist or athlete) is prepared for that. So by now I think that's a nice anniversary tour.

The only thing that bothers me is the outfits! It's just so unflattering to her. I HATE that she wears those bras/pads that make her boobs looks like two basketballs. Very rounded and smashed. The burlesque (?) outfit is really nice! I like the new touch of the headpiece and the boots are very nice. But the nude fabric they used for the top is just terrible! Its very wrinkly and weird. And I'm done with those fringe outfits. She used that texture so many times now. Enough.

The part that I'm most anxious to watch is the intro with ourserlves! That seems like a nice concept.

The only songs I'm pleasantly surprised and thrilled to see are Virgin Road, Walk and Talkin' 2 myself. The setlist is incredibly short but as long as those three make it into the final DVD, I'll be happy lol.

I'm interested to see how the setlist will evolve as time goes on. For once, I hope she puts more classics in there. I think the setlist would have been more interesting if she started off with select songs from each album showing the progression and evolution of her music throughout the years.

As for the stage, I don't mind it. She DOES have to perform this in halls also. The costumes, I honestly don't care. Some of them are unflattering though.

ayu knows that she can not expect her stuff to learn a choreography for perfomrnaces which wont be able to perform in halls. she had to go easy. i hope she will then change a numerous amount of songs, so we can have an even bigger variety of live performances. even though she will stand and sing alone in front of all the people! for her 2018 lives, she HAS to do something magical and not only sing surreal evolution surreal and then cut a cake infront of the whole audience!

oops, I said this with really minimal knowledge of what she sang or wore at CDL...Now that I look at it, I see the similarities. Something about it, though, still seems to have a different vibe.

I guess since she didn't do Kanariya. XD That's really the main thing I even paid attention to last time.

By the way, to comment on this overly burlesque style, I think she's going for a Dita von Teese style. Looking at it now, I think Ayu's costumes this time around are pretty terrible. I think the gold fringe outfit is the greatest offender. I think it's great to show off her curves but it's like she's forgotten herself. People change, so I can kind of accept it. But, when I think about who she was before as an innovative, trend-setting artist, I feel like that image does not match her today. Again, that's fair, since people change over time. But, I feel like she has lost any originality in the back of a cheap costume closet.

She keeps pushing this rough, BDSM kind of look. I kind of felt like she pulled away from that in Made in Japan, at least a little bit. She had adopted a style that looked natural to her. This style just doesn't come across that way to me.

I think she sounded pretty good Saturday night. She was a little pitchy on Sunday night though and switched to her cutesy voice a lot.
